Today was my fiancée James' 39th birthday! Here's what we did to celebrate:

Kicked off the night with cocktails and appetizers at Singlish:
First round: Sesame Old Fashion + Baijiu Negroni | Second round: Clarified Vietnamese Coffee + a Tropical Cocktail | Appetizers: Duck Tongue + Papaya Salad
Gotham
Followed by restaurant week at Gotham, while enjoying the music George and Ira Gershwin:
Listening to the music of George and Ira Gershwin, with Mark Gross on sax and Kris Kaiser on guitar
Cocktails: Irish Spring (tullamore d.e.w irish whiskey, italicus, lemon, honey) + The Beet Red (jalapeño-infused don fulano blanco, cointreau, agave, beet, lime) | Appetizers: Cauliflower Soup + Yellowfin Tuna Tartare | Entrees: Branzino + ShortRib | Desserts: 2 Flourless Chocolate Cakes
